Ms. Zawadiwsky joined Ariel Ventures as a partner in 2003 and provides NMTC and economic development consulting services, IT management services, and international business consulting.

In New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) consulting, Ms. Zawadiwsky provides services in Community Development Entity (CDE) certification; NMTC allocation applications; CDE loan servicing and accounting services; NMTC compliance, policies and procedures; CDFI reporting supported by Ariel Ventures? NMTC compliance software CDe-Solution. Her International business consulting services include strategy, research and marketing, exports/imports with a focus on India and China, international planning and purchase management, and export/import documentation.

Ms. Zawadiwsky has over 24 years international business and management experience, including national and international sales, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, international purchasing and logistics, customer service/relationship programs, IT project management, marketing and communications.

Prior to joining Ariel Ventures, LLC, Ms. Zawadiwsky served as a Manager at Ernst & Young LLC in the Consulting Services group, and then as a Director at Intellinex, an e-Learning company of Ernst & Young LLC, for a total of 5 years. While at Ernst & Young, she managed IT development projects including process definition, model and layout, content creation and web design, technology development, quality review and beta testing.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLC, Ms. Zawadiwsky was the national and international sales and marketing manager for an Ohio-based global wholesale distribution company, where she helped design, develop and purchase products globally, and opened sales offices in the United Kingdom, Canada, Denmark, India, Australia and Singapore, during her 13 years with the company.

Ms. Zawadiwsky is the Vice President of Ray of Light International, Inc., a charity she co-founded in 1997, to provide food, clothing, shelter, medicine and education for destitute women, children and the aged, with a focus on third world countries.

Ms. Zawadiwsky holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
